Harvst Automation Limited : Returns, Repairs and Replacement Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Harvst.co.uk operated by Harvst Automation Limited.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you should return the product to us within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product should be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way and return shipping is at your cost. Ship back to our Harvst HQ address marking it clearly as a β€˜Return’

Please include either a copy of your invoice or the shipping note inside the box. Yous should contact us by email at hello@harvst.co.uk before shipping.  Please ensure that the box is well packed using the packaging material that it came with as we can’t be responsible for damage incurred in the return shipping. Contact us if you are unsure of how to re-pack the box and we can help.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. If your refund application is successful, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged, modified or disassembled beyond that state that it was delivered in, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a refund.

If your item needs repair due to a manufacturing fault within 6 months of your purchase, please contact us so that we can put it right.  We may repair the item or replace it depending upon the fault.
